Very good food exslent service and very friendly staff

Not expensive, but food not so good (dont try the camembert, and potatoes skin) music too loud at night

Has a wide menu selection that is reasonably priced and offers really good portions. Great atmosphere, food and drinks too!

Crazy place, everyone is drinking (a lot), loud music, beer pong and also great sandwiches. Quite cheap too!

Down an alley off Poppies 2. Good open space area. Nice bar & pool table. Good food & drinks at reasonable prices.

Alleycats is where you go when you need European comfort food - when you're in the mood for a meat and potatoes kind of night. From their beef stroganoff to the beef in beer to their excellent full English breakfast to my personal favorite, the Kottbüllar or Swedish meatballs. The portions on normal dishes are always generous and if that's not enough for you, they have "monster" dishes that will challenge the hungriest diners.Hidden down a small alley (hence the name), Alleycats nevertheless has a devoted following and after dinner, it becomes a rowdy bar popular with the college age crowd, fueled by loud music and unbeatable drink and shot specials.

I’ve been here multiple times actually, and yes, they are the cheapest you can find in bali.

It's a good place if you know what you're getting. Which is really cheap drinks and cocktails with local liquor. I didn't try the food cause I didn't see the point but I saw some plates and it looks respectable. The drinks just really good to get drunk before actually go to a club.

Fantastic bar to start the evening at. Grab a bintang and sit down at a large table and just start chatting. People are super friendly so it's a great place to go if you are on your own or with friends!

Meet good people and have a good time

Came here on many occasions during our stay in Bali. Staff is friendly. Food is good. You get good size portions especially for the price you pay! Tasty homemade chips! The prices you see on the menu card are the ones you pay...

For a really great fry up this is the place. Not the easiest to find so if your following Google maps but well worth searching for. Don't miss the Monster Breakfast on the menu. It's a few pages in and not with the other breakfasts. It's a delight. The French bread with it seals the deal. Definitely don't be in Legian without visiting here.

Double doubles are a must and the food was too rate. Best mee goreng I had during my trip to Bali

I used to go here lots because I love the food. But tonight we ordered and a man walked on like he owned the place and turned the music up really loud. We asked if they could turn down music as we couldn't hear each other taking.. So they did but the man turned it up louder. Very nasty attitude for the only customers there.. We cancelled order and left... Now we understand why we were the only ones there all the time... Goodbye. Will not be back

The best old bar in Bali, cheap price

Even thjs place look bit old... but still nice n food is so yummy...good price too..

Empty plates says it all.. good portions and good fair price unlike most in kuta. wish I found this place sooner. Will be back soon to try more!

Long waiting times with food that wasn't great. Tried the famous meatballs which had not much going for them. The mashed potato was quite watery too. Quite affordable though. The place has no wine whatsoever.

Best restaurant with good price for the drink and food

Must try their famous double2.. 20k only, 4 years ago it was 25k.. whaaaaat!!??? Yep, getting cheaper.. and this is the best spot in town to get food and drink with the cheapest price in legian...and the staff are friendly.. Come here and enjoy the Alleycats vibe!!

So the bar seems fun...but the food definitely needs work. The salad was actually pretty decent, large, and had variety. But the sandwiches were pretty awful. I order the meatball sandwich and the Cajun chicken sandwich. These sandwiches came with just meat. That's it. Dry meat and bread. Nothing else, no sauces, no cheese, no lettuce or tomato. Dry meat and bread. I'm not sure whose idea this was that this is acceptable for a sandwich? I literally took some of my salad and put it on the sandwiches to try and give them some flavor or even a slight bit if diversity...which I guess worked ok.The good news is, this can be improved/solved easily. But come on guys, you can definitely do better than this!

Good value for money. Fresh simply food with yummiee taste

The restaurant was an oasis of quiet just down an alley off the main alley. So quiet in fact that we were the only diners at lunchtime. But the food was great! I can recommend if you want a break from the hectic.

Recomended !!!! Sunday roast , mexican potato skin and swedish meatball. Warning , they serve big meals with $$ reasonable price. Cant complain.

Can't go past alleycats if you are chasing a solid breaky to cure that killer bingy hangover!

The steak and sausages are okay. But it actually tastes better somewhere else. This placed used to affordable, it isn't right now.

The best swedish meatballs and cheap beer in town

My favorite place to chill in the heat of Kuta.The Maps marker is placed correctly, so you can follow the directions right into this place.If you want to spend a good time in the night life of Legian, I suggest you head to Alleycats first and fill you up with relatively cheap booze before you get into the clubs.

Good food but the beer was warm

The 5 stars is solely for the Swedish Meatballs alone.I have never tasted meatballs so good.Do yourself a favour and try them. I am going today to try their Sunday Roast Dinner.

I love this place. They serve English breakfast and even monster menu with reasonable price.They got a basket full of kind of ketchup and sauces served in your table. It's so close from kuta beach but I'm not really sure that car could reach this place easily, I was walking and there we're a lot of motors but not cars. The street is narrow and this place is a bit "unseen" haha you better ask people, because I use my Google map and it was a bit confusing hahaNice service and they serve shots too.Would totally come back.

Staff here are very friendly and accomodating: Food is also good here. Was right outside our hotel so very convenient for us.

Tucked away in a back alley and a really cool place - cheap drinks and though I didn't get a chance to eat there, the food looked good - really cool staff and locals - the manager Corey was a great guy and immediately made us feel at home - I will definitely go back next time I'm partying in Kuta

It was surprisingly empty for a Saturday night and of course the cheap double double is still there. The place remains a good pre drinks venue and they have a mini golf upstairs during the day. After all these years they should up their game and make the place looks up to date though.
